Our Process
1. Discover
Diving into the culture of your organisation, our consultants will look to understand what makes your people tick and how they learn best.
2. Design
Collaborating closely with you, our learning designers will put together a bespoke and comprehensive learning plan to achieve tangible outcomes and ensure a really enjoyable experience.
3. Deliver
Delivering engaging virtual and in-person programmes, our facilitators use a combination of workshops, coaching and self-directed learning via our online Collaboration Hub.
4. Evaluate
Working together, we return to the programme objectives and ensure you are set up for behavioural change to embed for the long term.

Learning Design
At Adaptis we promise to never deliver the same programme twice. All our programmes are bespoke and designed specifically with the learner in mind.
We always start by thinking about the learners - who they are, what their experiences are and what specific challenges they may be facing in their roles. We are then able to design a programme that can address their needs and deliver tangible behaviour change for the long term.

Coaching
Coaching can be a powerful way of raising self-awareness in order to address a specific challenge or goal.
We have broad spectrum of coaches for people to choose from and we always start with a no-cost chemistry meeting where the coachee and coach can meet to discuss their goals and decide if the fit is right. This is an essential part of guaranteeing the success of a coaching relationship and ensures both parties are comfortable working together from day one.

Virtual
Virtual learning at Adaptis involves shorter workshop sessions, spaced over a longer time period with ample opportunities for self-directed learning in between sessions to solidify behaviour change.
Our facilitators are extremely experienced at ensuring a virtual workshop can be as vibrant and engaging as being sat in a room together. We make sure to design course materials for a virtual-first context and make full use of a suite of digital tools to maximise engagement during the sessions.
